Due to current regulations, escape rooms are having to adapt and change, in order to keep our customers and staff safe, and also be able to provide our customers with the experiences they love. We have put different measurements into place to help us run as close to normal as possible, please ensure that all team members are aware of the regulations.
Please do not attend your booking if your household or anyone you are in contact with are displaying any symptoms,or if you have been advised to self-isolate according to the government guidelines, which you can check here.
Unfortunately, due to the layout of our rooms, it is not possible for teams to socially distance while they are in our escape rooms. Please ensure that your teams consist of your household and the household that is a part of your bubble. If you are not sure if your team is following the current household guidelines, you can check the latest regulations here.
We have spaced out our bookings to ensure that only one team is in our waiting room at a time, and different teams will not come into contact with each other. Due to this, we ask that you arrive exactly at the time of your booking. If you do arrive after the time of your booking, we may need to take time off your booking in order to keep to this schedule. We will also ask you to fill out a track and trace form when you arrive so that we can contact you if needed.
We have set up several sanitisation stations throughout the building. Please utilise these when you arrive, and also before and after playing your room. We also ask that you wear a mask while you are in the building, including when you are in the escape room. If you do not have a mask available, we are selling face masks, where the profits go to Tenovus Cancer Care.
We deeply clean each room after a team has played, cleaning every surface, lock and prop, and also clean every surface in the waiting room and bathrooms after use. We are also running air conditioning in all of our rooms in order to bring in clean air between groups.
All of our staff are aware of the government and company regulations, so please ensure that you follow their instructions while you are in the building.
If you need to change or cancel your booking for any reason please let us know as soon as possible. If you need to change the time of our booking, or the number of players, then you can call us on 02922 406 151, or email us at email@example.com. If you can no longer attend your booking for any reason, we will do our best to accommodate you. If you let us know at least 24 hours before your booking, then we will be able to either reschedule your booking, or give you a full refund. If you contact us after that in order to cancel your booking, we will not be able to offer you a refund, but will work with you to rearrange your booking.
